Every person here is a kid learning how to run a real business.
Not a class project. Real orders, real deadlines, real customers. We quote the jobs, run the printers, pack the boxes and answer the emails ourselves.
How this started
Build Worx 3d started with one printer and a lot of failed prints. We wanted to know whether a group of kids could actually run a business, not just talk about starting one. So we picked something we could make, learn and sell ourselves, and started taking orders.
Everything a real shop has to do, we do. We price the work so it covers material and time, we reprint it free when a print fails, and we track what sells. Adults handle the bank and shipping accounts. Everything else, from the design files to the customer emails, is ours.
